Prestige offers several voluntary insurance plans to make your employee benefits package more robust. The options are summarized below however when you go into the benefit portal you will see additional information as well as plan design and costs.
MetLife Critical Illness
Protect yourself from the unexpected costs of treating a serious illness with MetLife Critical Illness coverage. This insurance plan provides a lump-sum payment to help cover any additional expenses that are excluded from your medical plan, such as hospital fees or living expenses. You and dependents up to the age of 26 are eligible to enroll. Please make sure you review the benefits summary. There are specific conditions that are eligible under this plan. Not every illness is covered. Note: This does not replace medical insurance. You must have medical coverage in order to enroll.
MetLife Accident
This Accident plan provides reimbursement outside of your medical plan in the event you or one of your family members have an accident. Funds may be used to pay for your out of pocket expenses after your medical plan has completed payment. Payments are detailed by injury and services and are detailed in the benefit summary on the PrestigePro benefits portal. This is a great plan if you have kids. Note: This does not replace medical insurance. You must have medical coverage in order to enroll.
MetLife Hospital
This Hospital plan will provide reimbursement for inpatient hospital stays. This supplemental insurance can be used to cover out of pocket expenses or used for everyday living expenses. Note: This does not replace medical insurance. You must have medical coverage in order to enroll.
AFLAC
Available plans include short term disability, accident insurance, cancer insurance, and hospital insurance. TransitChek enables you to use pre-tax funds deducted from payroll for mass transit and commuter lot parking fees. Visit http://tams.transitchek.com/login.aspx and click “Register Now” to enroll. To complete enrollment, you’ll need the following:

- Your employee ID
- The last 6 digits of your Social Security Number
