The PPP Loan Forgiveness Application Webinar Series
PrestigePEO is here to provide step-by-step guidance to help your business successfully apply for PPP loan forgiveness. View our three-part webinar series below where Groom Law Group Principal, Seth Perretta walks us through the various components of the application and shares the latest legislative updates surrounding PPP loan forgiveness from Capitol Hill.
PrestigePEO Applicant Certification Letter: This letter certifies the co-employment relationship we have with our clients.
PrestigePEO Average Monthly Cost Report: PrestigePEO clients will need a single-page summary of the information used to calculate the 2019 monthly average payroll costs. It is the basis for determining the loan amount and includes wages plus various benefits as well as state and local taxes.
PrestigePEO Client Allocation Report for 2019: The amount of wages and payroll taxes we reported to the IRS for your employees is acceptable for your PPP loan payroll documentation. Therefore, as a PEO client, Form 941 is not required for your loan application. If for some reason, your bank still requires documentation, we can issue the allocation report upon request.
