
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BONUS ELIGIBILITY
- Eligible cases must be new business clients only (spin-offs, add-ons, reclassifications, mergers, or renewals of existing clients are not eligible).
- Cases must have an effective date and payroll processing date of April 1st, 2025, through August 31, 2025 (the “Incentive Period”).
- All eligible cases must include PrestigePEO medical benefits and workers’ compensation coverage. Cases with benefit carve-outs do not qualify.
- All eligible clients must remain active on the broker payout date.
- Cases originating without a broker and later broker-assigned do not qualify.
- The case submission (prospective client) must have an office in the United States. Employees must also be employed in the United States.
- Participating brokers must have an active and fully executed Broker Agreement with PrestigePEO.
- Brokers must be permitted to receive bonus incentives under their corporate compensation policies.
- Participating brokers must be individually licensed brokers over 18 years of age and residents of the United States, including those working with general agents (general agents themselves are not eligible).

TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS
- The Promotion applies to the specified Incentive Period only.
- All cases are subject to underwriting approval.
- Individuals prohibited by applicable law or regulation from participating are not eligible.
- Brokers participating in this Summer Incentive Event may not also participate in or be eligible for concurrent incentive programs, such as the Ryder Cup Incentive Program.
- PrestigePEO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is determined, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible or otherwise not appropriate to participate.
- Incentives are not assignable or transferable. No substitutions are permitted unless authorized by PrestigePEO.
- PrestigePEO will use the broker contact information on file to process and distribute incentive payments per its Privacy Policy. Failure to provide valid contact information may result in forfeiture of the incentive.
- Each broker case submission must have a group size (worksite employee count) of at least ten or more full-time employees.
BONUS INCENTIVES
- Bonus incentive payout amounts are based on the number of full-time worksite employees (WSEs) processed on the first payroll with PrestigePEO.
- Bonus values are as follows:
- $10,000 per case – for groups with 15–50 full-time WSEs
- $25,000 per case – for groups with 51–109 full-time WSEs
- $30,000 per case – for groups with 110+ full-time WSEs
PROGRAM MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
- To the extent permitted by law, PrestigePEO reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Summer Incentive Event and these terms at any time, without prior notice, in its sole discretion.
- PrestigePEO may disqualify any participant for noncompliance with program rules, ineligibility under applicable laws, or any other reason deemed appropriate in its sole discretion and reserves the right to void bonus incentives earned for any reason, including if it suspects that they were achieved fraudulently or in conflict with these terms.
- All questions or disputes regarding eligibility, incentive awards, or interpretation of these terms will be resolved by PrestigePEO at its sole discretion.
TAXES
- All bonus incentives under this program are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
- Upon PrestigePEO’s determination that a participant will receive an incentive, PrestigePEO may request a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to respond within 180 days of such a request may result in forfeiture of the incentive.
- PrestigePEO will report incentive payments to the IRS as required by law, and incentives may be reflected on IRS Form 1099. Participants are encouraged to consult a tax advisor regarding their tax obligations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- PrestigePEO is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the website or program materials or for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or the inability to participate.
GOVERNING LAW
- This program and its terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes or causes of action arising from or connected with this program must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Suffolk County, New York.
